Hemos implementado precauciones ante el COVID - 19 y confiamos en las acciones de nuestras autoridades sanitarias y Gobierno. 

En GM Attorneys sabemos que estas próximas semanas serán críticas para la evolución del virus y por ello instamos a nuestros colaboradores, clientes y proveedores a acatar las indicaciones del Ministerio de Salud por los medios de  información oficial. 

Les recordamos las políticas ya implementadas desde la semana anterior: 

Las reuniones han sido re-programadas para atenderlas virtualmente. Aquellas sesiones que obligatoriamente deben ser presenciales se han re-programado en nuestras oficinas, asegurando a los clientes cumplir con altos estándares y desinfección. 

A quienes nos visiten, les instamos abstenerse a saludar con contacto físico y utilizar alcohol en gel durante su permanencia en las oficinas. Nuestras oficinas permanecen abiertas y comunicaremos oportunamente cualquier cambio en esta situación. 

Nuestro compromiso es ASEGURAR  la salud de todos nuestros colaboradores y clientes, brindando la atención en la medida posible para evitar afectaciones.

At GM Attorneys we know that these next few weeks will be critical for the evolution of the virus and for this reason we urge our collaborators, clients and suppliers to comply with the indications of the Ministry of Health to be shared by the official channels. 

We remind you of the policies already implemented since the previous week:

The meetings have been re-scheduled to attend virtually.  Those sessions that must necessarily be in-person have been re-scheduled in our offices, ensuring clients we meet high standards and disinfection.

To those who visit us, we urge you to refrain from greeting with physical contact and to use sanitizer or alcohol gel during your stay in the offices. Our offices remain open and we will promptly communicate any changes in this situation.

Our commitment is to ENSURE the health of all our collaborators and clients, providing the legal services,as much as possible.

Dear clients, colleagues and friends:

Due to COVID – 19  sanitary emergency, and following Costa Rica's Ministry of Health recommendations, GM Attorneys operations are being carried remotely since past Wednesday, March 18th. 

Our team is on duty during regular hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to attend all your needs, but working remotely. 

Rest assure that we will maintain confidentiality and security protocols regarding your files and information. If required, we will hold virtual meetings via Skype, Zoom or conference calls. 

We recommend the use of emails as the first communication channel with our team. 

We will answer your email at first come-first served basis and as soon as possible. The response time may be longer than usual, due to the high number of e-mails and requests. 

Our offices will remain closed until further notice, based on the COVID – 19 evolution in Costa Rica. 

We urge all of you to promote responsible health actions along with business decisions during these days. Together as a country, we will make it through.

Debido a la evolución y recientes eventos de la emergencia sanitaria por el Covid-19, y acatando las recomendaciones del Ministerio de Salud les informamos que las operaciones de nuestra Firma, GM Attorneys se mantienen de manera remota a partir del pasado miércoles 18 de marzo.

Estamos comprometidos con la salud de nuestros colaboradores y la de ustedes, así como también, con la continuidad de los servicios que brindamos.

Nuestros abogados, asesores y equipo administrativo permanecerán en labores en el horario regular (de Lunes a Viernes, de 9:00am a 5:00pm)para atender sus necesidades, pero remotamente; manteniendo los protocolos de confidencialidad respectivos en cuanto al tráfico y uso de la información privilegiada de cada uno de ustedes como clientes. Así como la atención de reuniones y compromisos de manera virtual (Skype, Zoom, teléfono)

Les recomendamos utilizar el correo electrónico como primer medio para comunicarse con ellos. Favor tener compresión en caso que los tiempos de respuesta sean mayores debido al incremento de consultas o gestiones que se puedan generar por la situación actual.  

Las oficinas físicas permanecerán cerradas al público hasta nuevo aviso, según la evolución del COVID – 19 en el país.

Les instamos a ustedes también a tomar medidas por el bien de la salud pública de Costa Rica.
